Professional Termite Control Methods.
Initial inspection and reports - We conduct a complete and thorough inspection of the building and surrounds, and produce a detailed written report. This will state evidence found of termite activity, high risk termite entry areas inaccessible to inspection.
Regular follow-up inspections - Australian Standards recommend termite inspections every 12 months, though high risk buildings may require follow-up inspections every 3 - 6 months.
Chemical soil treatment - The soil around the perimeter and sub-floor of a building is chemically treated to eradicate termites attempting to gain entry into the building.
Termite baiting - the installation and monitoring of termite bait systems.

Certain termite species, if left uncontrolled, can cause a severe amount of damage to buildings in a short amount of time. Remember most of the destructive termite species build their nest completely below ground level. A large colony in an urban environment is most often unseen, being totally below ground level with a nest containing more than a million termites - secretly eating the inside of your timbers leaving you an empty shell.
